James' previous job titles vary, from working in Vehicular Engineering to owning a Motorsport team. As a result, James really knows how to get a team motivated and get the best out of them, resulting in efficient and quality work. As alluded to before, James is a real fan of cars and when isn't behind the wheel, is spending time with his family on the waterfront .

Having previously worked in Hospitality, Benedict has experience in quality of service, & being able to work effectively as part of a team or on his own. A jack-of-all-trades, he enjoys fixing things & finding ways to get the job done. He claims that being  self-taught is the secret to being able to pursue a career that you're passionate about, fly high doing it & we just think that it makes him a flaunty git. The only reason that he got the job in the first place is because he wouldn't leave the office after his interview.

Our resident pirate, Mark (MSB) has worked within media, production & marketing industry for over 35 years, complete with a degree from Birkbeck, University of London. It would take a while to list all the experience he has, just take our word for it that he's pretty darn good. In his free time, Mark loves to volunteer, especially with marine charities & groups (hence the Nickname). With 15+ water-related certs, licenses & a CAA registered Drone Pilot, he is best at home on the water, especially if it means saving an animal in distress.
